Where it started.
01 — Goal
One link, every coach
Recruiting runs on email and DMs. He needed a single URL that drops in any message and instantly says serious, fast, and worth a look.
02 — Constraint
Loads anywhere, instantly
Coaches open links on a phone between practices. It had to hit hard in the first second and never make anyone wait or pinch to zoom.
03 — Bar
Cinematic, not a profile
Recruiting profiles all look the same. This had to feel like a brand: bold type, real footage, and a stage built around one player.

- A bento section router that jumps to film, academics, story, and contact.
- Gated owner tools behind a private login for the family to manage.
- A printable one-pager with a scannable QR code back to the site.
- Coach-contact forms via Netlify Forms, with no backend.
- Fast, accessible, and live on a custom domain.

A recruit who looks recruited.
One link now carries the whole pitch: the film, the numbers, the story, and a way to reach out. It loads instantly on a phone and reads like a brand, not a template.
